Does anyone know what front bumper/lip this is?

As the title states, does anyone know what front bumper and lip combo this is? The owner said it's an m3 and linked to an m3 bumper and lip.. But the lines are completely wrong, and the m3 lip is definitely not that one. If anyone has any clues, that'd be awesome!
