Question about Trade-ins and financing for ED
Anyone ever run into any problems trying to do a trade-in on a ED? I mean, can a dealer really give you a fair deal on a trade when its going to take 3 months or longer to do the ED process? It would appear to me like a great opportunity for a dealer to really take advantage of you....
Also, I have read that some people run into problems with financing and the bank wanting the title soon after they make the loan, but since it takes ~8 weeks to get the car back from Europe, sometimes this doesn't work out well... Anyone have any similar experiences? Advice please? Thanks! |

You should do the following:
1) Look at the stickies. There is a very long and informative thread on ED. Don't be lazy - read it. 2) 2a) http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=174454 should get you started Edit: Waitaminute - that thread I posted is YOUR thread. Why are you starting a new one when some of your questions have already been answered or addressed? Hmph! Last edited by methodtim; 10-02-2008 at 12:21 AM.. Reason: Added info |
