E91 LCI 19" Set up advice needed

Ok so im in the UK and have a 2010 E91 LCI 330d Msport and I'm toying with the idea of changing my wheels but need a little help with offsets and tyre sizing. I like the look of the 19" 359 style wheel which is available over here in a wide range of brands, sizes etc.
Currently I have 18" Team Dynamics Jade R's in a square set up but with staggered tyres (225 40 r18 & 255 35 r18), running on the stock Msport suspension. These were already on the car when I bought it so don't know the wheel specs.

What would be a good wheel tyre combination when going to 19's in the 359 style of wheel that won't rub but still fill the arches nicely. I'd quite like a nice dish to the wheels and I'm not a fan of the stretched tyre look, so the tyres would have to be properly fitting if you know what I mean!

I've been looking at 8.5" front wheels with possibly 235 width tyres, and maybe 9.5" rears with 265 width tyres (not sure on profiles). However, after just checking the plate inside the drivers door it says that with 19's the recommended tyre size is 225 35 on the front and 255 30 on the rear. I have also seen 9" fronts and 10" rears.

As for offsets, there seems to be a whole range of offsets available in this style of wheel, so not sure what would look best without any rubbing issues.

There just seems to be so many options/choices, its all a little confusing!

I've been looking at this and am about to take delivery of a new set, will post pics when I get them.

The LCI has a has a wider track but this is due to a wider beam and a higher offset than pre LCI. 9.5 X 19 ET 33 with a 265/30 is the most recommened for your car. You can go wider, 10 X 19 ET 42 with same tyre but may rub especially when lowered etc ... good luck
