Mod help!

Hey guys, I got black matte grills and AW reflectors for the car couple weeks and today I decided to put them on. So I followed the DIY's with using goo-gone for the reflectors. So I used pretty much the whole bottle and the reflector STILL won't come out! For the grills I couldn't take them out cause my hands are too fat! I'm super frustrated and was wondering if anyone would like to help me replace the sweet mods??? Thanks!!

for reflectors you can try using heat gun to melt the glue if you dont have heat gun try hair blowers i used that for my and actually worked...

if you have a heat gun, use it to heat up the area of the reflector from behind the fender, then the glue will slowly loosen, then use a knife to slowly peel the whole reflector out

if you dont have a heat gun like me, i just used hair dryer, but it can take several minutes to heat up the area to melt the glue

if u really cant do it dont force it...better bring it into some bodyshops because if you force it hard you have chance damage the bumper

I was in the same boat when I put mine one and I was really frustrated with the reflectors till I realized that I focus more on the inside from the wheel. So what I did is:
- Drove around for a little while to heat things up
- Turn the wheels fully to the opposite directions
- Used a butter knife to part the reflector from the inside a little
- Sprayed Goo Gone and kept parting with the knife and spraying, give it some time

Mistake I made was to try to force it in from the outside, ended up with a couple of scratches on the bumper.

For changing the bulbs if you can't fit your hand in there and turn there's nothing you can do, see if there're any members in your are who would volunteer to help you out, it's like 5 minutes. Or take it to a shop.

Huge Thanks to dkvby and Philip for helping me with my mods till 2am last night!! One question though if anyone have any solutions, for my reflector there is a bit more gap than usual so therers like a mini black line around the reflector. Also it doesn't help that the reflector that I got is a tad bit yellow than the real AW paint. Anyone got any ideas on how to solve the black line issue? Sorry I would have pictures but my comp's usb isn't working for some reason. Thanks!

maybe its just a not so good quality you got...
since the paint doesnt match so well and the reflector is a bit smaller thats why theres that line or else when u stuck it in there, it wasnt centered.

there are a few members here who has this issued due to a bad fitment reflector :|
