Question Delete Paired Phone On I-Drive?

how do you delete a paired phone on idrive. manual says it can store up to 5 but i am trying to clear everything and repairing to iphone hoping this will resolve the issue.

go click on the 'i' on the main menu, and scroll down to bluetooth. get in there go to phone then you should be able to move up or delete paired phones.

is this with my iphone connected or not connected, as a list doesn't come up. ignition on?

you're iPhone is connected?? you mean paired or to the actually connector in the center console? either way.. disconnect it... go to the menu and remove/delete all the other phones you have on the list. then start the pairing process all over.
