She never missed a beat, absolutely brilliant car for a tour up to and around the west coast for a week. I really can't think of a better car to do it in if you need performance, handling, refinement and economy. I've had the car nearly 3.5 years and it never fails to impress me. All this in context of coarse, yes newer much more expensive cars can do it better probably but for circa £4k? no, nothing i can think of.

Very nice! We did the same journey in the wife's polo, just kept wishing I was in the 330i! That's some mad mpg you got there, I know it's a diesel but I struggle to get anything above 25mpg
