Halogen to Xenon with Parachute kit in Northwest.

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone in the northwest place has done the halogen to xenon conversion with the parachute kit?

I was wondering if someone can help me with it or let me know which shop he went to.

Here in Vancouver, Canada only one person has done it and the shop he did it at is no longer running.

welll i think the shop moved some where else... so anyone did this in Northwest area?
