Vacuum lines

Where do y’all get your 1/4” vacuum lines for the Tial BOV? I got the adapter to go with it.

I used one of the 1/4" of hard lines for mine.... for the push-to-connect fitting that it came with. Call any local hydraulics/pneumatics supply house and they will have it. Also, you can order it only from McMaster Carr....and probably even Amazon or ebay.

Ohh I don't think that's a good one, the OD is 1/4 but the ID is too small.... Could get the 3/8". I got a braided 7mm ID vacuum line from FCP, should arrive soon and another few weeks for Tial so I could let you know then. Everywhere I read said to get the biggest ID vacuum line you can find for that.

Speaking about vacuum lines, is there any pros or cons using 4mm vs 3.5mm ?

I ask that because using 4mm instead of 3.5 for the intake manifold to DVs made my DVs a bit more responsive. Does it work the same with wastegate actuators ?

3.5mm is the OEM size. On these cars, it would be good idea to get platinum cured lines through out the system give the heat the twin turbos produce.
