These are designed by Bavsound to plug directly in to the factory wiring harness. From what I understand each component is a 4ohm speaker separately. Bavsound has them wired with the proper capacitor/filter between the mid and the tweeter so I believe once plugged into the system the final load is 2 ohms.

Hopefully that makes sense.

Basically they are meant to be direct plug and play upgrades for the harsh sounding, weak stock Harmon Kardon speakers.

Is there a part number on box or speakers to reference? Factory amplified systems are 2ohms; base audio/non amplified powered by head unit is 4ohms

These are for the Harmon Kardon top-hifi system.

Sorry it took a few days to respond. For some reason I didn't get a notification that you posted. The speakers have been sold but they would have worked with an e92 with logic 7 fyi
