E90 320i - Error code P1128 / Poor acceleration / check engine light on / service car

Hi, has anyone encountered this error code on their car before and the following issues: The car cruises fine at low rpm and no rough idle or suspicious sound from the engine at idle. However under hard acceleration, power is definitely lacking, it should do 0-60mph in 9s but it now takes 14s-15s. CEL is on, Service car message on the display and Error code P1128 (Bank1, Mixture Adaption (mult.) System Too Lean ) appears as well. Would really appreciate any opinion on what you guys think is faulty and needs to be replaced?

Check for a vacuum leak
