Pull the trigger??? Help!

Ok...I have been lurking for a while and finally went to the stealership to get serious. I was there for 4 hours and not a single other person walked in to even LOOK at a car. They admitted to hurting and needed to move a car. So I found a car I like, here it and the deal are:

08 E90 335i / Jet Black / Beige

Prem / Sport / Step w/ paddle / Comfort / NAV / IPOD
36MO / 12K
MSRP: $48,300
Selling price: $43,800 (this was my first offer and they accepted, makes me think I should have gone lower!)
MF: .00160
Residual: 58% ($28,014)
First Payment and around 1700 down (fee's)
Payment: $639 OTD incl tax

The $639 price was with 2700 in fee's down. I said that was a bit much and he said: "Ok, how much do you want to pay". I said I was expecting around 1700 and he said "You got it". How are the fee's negotiable? I thought they were set. So the monthly payment will be lower than that.

They want to charge me $399 for tint and $299 for mats!!!! That is insane right?! It's difficult to make demands though because it is a great deal.

Is there anything I need to make sure is in the deal or on the car before I pull the trigger? What do you guys think about the tire and wheel package?

What do you guys think?

Thanks for the valued opinions!

hey 335inAZ. I just bought a 335i this weekend with pretty much the same specs as you.
sparkling graphite/prem/sports/step w paddles/navi/heated seats/ipod.
msrp $49,550. Got it for $43,500. Finance guy actually told me that dealer actually took a loss on this one ~$1700. Invoice was around 45,000. They are trying to clear out the '08s right now. I got the internet sales manager to throw in the floor mats. So try to get him to throw it in for free as many others were able to do it too. Also, ask for the small LED flashlight for your glove compartment as well. Good luck. You'll enjoy the car. I love it!
