Protool and water pump
Hi all,
Do you know if protool can check the water pump speed to see how it’s functioning? I know there was this function on Ista that would give info on the health of the water pump On a similar note, is protool as useful as Ista or inpa? |

Yes. (This is for a LCI so not sure how that translate to pre).
You can see options, you can log data, you can run pump with engine off (30 seconds I think) and if you are quick you can go back to log and see speed.. Mine was at 200 RPM (not shown) with engine off and pump activated... What was shown was at idle and engine not warmed up.. I can't help with last question cause I have neither. "Target Speed Water Pump" doesn't work on my end, says not available just FYI |
