Hello. My 07 e92 needs some TLC!

1- Rims/Wheels
My steering wheel is shaking mild at low and moderate at high speeds. I suspect its because I haven't aligned the car nor balanced the wheels. Also the rims have scratches and some scuffs, but I'm not sure if that's a factor.

Anyone know a reputable shop in Miami Dade area that can that I can consult and service these

I aligned the car, balanced the tires. And worked on the front wheels.

The shaking is still there. It could be the strut. Im starting to feel memory steer where the car starts to drift right/left after a hard turn in the respective direction
