Solid Audi Deal

A place nearby is advertising lease: 2009 A4 2.0T Premium Quattro. For $2500 down, and $344/mon. For 36 months (10K miles/yr). The ad says its an automatic, and has a nav. Compared to all others I have seen, this seems to be very aggressive pricing. I would say this is a pretty solid deal. What do you guys think?

(I know, need to know $ factor, residual, etc.) I am not looking to buy now. Just thought it looked good.

344 dollars a month!! How cheap is that car?!?!

That what I said! The sale price of the car was $31,800. Could prob bring that down even more.
