Misfire and high afr bank 1?

Hello, I'm having an issue with my car when it is warm. It starts to stumble a little and I get high afr on bank 1 and misfire in cylinder 3. Car runs fine on cold start then it happens once it is warmed. Plugs and coils have less than 1.5k miles on them and I swapped the cylinder 3 with another and it keeps coming back on cylinder 3. I'm getting codes 29CF, 2C6B, and 2C7B. I don't have a 3rd gear log but I do have one just cruising if that would help.
I also replaced both post cat o2 sensors after I first got the code and problem still exists. I'm staring to think it might be the injector I have index 10 injectors on the car. Mods are rb 1 turbos, 5inch stepped intercooler, catless dps, and dci also running stage 1+ mhd v7.1. Any help would be appreciated. Attached is a log of cruising along. I don't want to push it while it's running like this. Thanks

Let the car sit for a day without starting it. Then pull #3 spark plug and see if it's soaked with fuel. This would show if that injector is leaking or not.
