M3 spoiler installation question

I bought a CF M3 trunk spoiler and it came with 2 thin strips of 3m tape. Since the spoiler was not leveled on the trunk it tends to come off from the trunk. It was so easy that that I peeled it right off. So replaced it with my bigger, better, wider, stronger 3M tape but it was too thick that you can see the tape. Now here are the questions...will I be able to take my spoiler off?? if I use some sort of glue will it stay in place since the edges are not leveled (now thats gonna be a sticky situation). I have never used betalink...I've heard many people talk about it but for my front lip installation I just used 3M tape. Thanks guys I'll post some pics up after i get off of work.
