So the longer the parts for a manual conversion sit in my garage, the more an M3 diff conversion is making sense.

I would prefer to sell as a set for auto and manual. The parts for the auto are still attached to my car, so selling them would involve a discussion around timing.

Auto Parts – 190,000km
Diff 3.46 ratio Small Housing – diff oil changed twice in 90,000km that I’ve owned it
Driveshaft
Axles (1 original, 1 aftermarket replaced about 25,000km ago)

Manual Parts – 135,000km
Diff 3.08 ratio Large Housing
Driveshaft
Axles (both Genuine)
