msport suspension swap loose

i done a msport suspension swap into my non m car as two shocks were blown and i picked them up cheap. however the rear suspesion shock is very loose in the strut tower and im not sure why or if i have a part missing. everything is tight.

If everything is tight how it can be loose? I assume missing parts.
