ECS exact fit SS and ECS high quality SS brake line fitment

Anyone know the difference between the "Exact-Fit" and the non exact-fit labeled ECS tuning stainless brake lines? Do the ones that don't say exact fit not fit E90s? I feel like that would be very silly if they didn't both work.

ECS's website has both the ECS DOT compliant exact fit, as well as the ECS branded standard stainless lines and the pictures basically look the same besides the DOT compliant ones having the ECS brand visible on every line. I can't imagine the regular version doesn't fit? The site says they should fit, and they are a few $$ cheaper. Does anyone know either way?
