Chicagoland Extended Warranty Quotes

I'm in the market for extended warranty, as I did not opt for it at the time i purchased the car back in March. I'd like extended 100k warranty plus included maintenance, etc. My question to those of you who upgraded to extended warranty, how much did you pay and where did you get your quote. I've read around on some of the forums and have seen from as low as $1000 to as much as 2200, all around the US. Thanks guys for your time

with 13k miles the Laurel Dealership in Westmont, quoted me at $5200 (no deductible) for 100k warranty!!
