MHD inactive code help

I have a 2011 bmw 335xi w only an upgraded charge pipe and stage 1 mhd tune, mhd gives me a code fuel high pressure during fuel injection release: pressure too low while Ive read forums that have had the same problem but mines a little different. I could be just overthinking it but the car doesnt idle rough, starts right up when I go to start it unless Ive been driving and its warmed up then itll take a second or 2, 3 seconds is the most it took and that was before the code, I dont experience any problems when flooring it feels fine like when I got it, only time it bogs down is it Im around 5 mph w/out touching the gas it will jump like it has some huge cam. Rail pressure stays around 700-770 idle and stays above 2k when floored. I dont have any other codes just that one. I dont have a way to monitor hpfp or lpfp. Is this code just actually inactive and popping up due to the tune or maybe something Im not catching or understanding in the other forums?
