As the title says, anyone dealt with them before?

I'm looking at 18" M6 reps which are $489 on their site. Is it one of those" You get what you pay for" type of thing?

Yes - customer service was wonderful (a noted change of pace from what I've experienced from some vendors here) and the product looks great (193m wheels) and has held up for at least 2 months!

They're over on e46 fanatics so you might want to check in over there.

Thanks - will check out more reports on e46fan - the wheels look great, and I'm getting bored dealing with individuals who are selling and not responding + the hassle of trying to buy used wheels unseen...

And just to put some facts behind my "great customer service" claim, I purchased my wheels on ebay and the wheel width listed in the auction turned out to be incorrect (auction stated 8.5" when in fact the wheels were 8.0"). When I brought this their attention, they apologized immediately and offered (1) a full refund including shipping or (2) to exchange for a different set of wheels - some of which were as much as $150 more - free of charge.

They followed-up frequently to ensure I was still satisfied. Quite surprising considering it was a measley $450 set of wheels!
