Question for anyone who has installed a carbon fiber spoiler...
For those who have installed a spoiler on their 335i's, I am trying to decide to leave the two holes in the bottom of the spoiler open or seal them?
I'm a little concerned that since I live in such a hot climate (SC), that the heat will cause moisture to collect inside the spoiler, which is what I think happened to my last one, which leaked onto the paint of my trunk every day it seemed, messing up my paint. So I'm curious if anyone else has had this problem, and whether you sealed those holes or left them open to breath? Thanks for any help. |

How is it over-thinking it when my last spoiler leaked all the time onto my paint, and constantly had me working to keep my paint from being stained? I'm just trying to avoid going through that again. So knowing whether to put the tape over the holes, or leave them open seems like a smart thing to find out BEFORE installing it. But thanks for your reply.
