Slip ring

Hi, I have a faulty slip ring (multifunction buttons + paddle shifters don't work on the steering wheel) and I want to replace it. My question is, do I need a specific slip ring because I have paddle shifters from fabric?

I have found that the slip ring needs to be a specific one because I have rain sensor, cruise control but nothing regarding the paddle shifter.

Doesn't really help me though, it shows all the available slip rings / switch unit steering columns but not my specific one.
