JBBF3 module retrofit - A559 fault

Hi all I have a 2006 E87 130i without Idrive (no IBS system). I replaced the original JBBFE with a newer JBBF3(in preparation for a M3 servotronic retrofit), its coded to the car correctly and all works fine. Except I now get a A559 fault (terminal 30g-f switch off) if I leave my Bluetooth OBD dongle plugged in overnight. The fault eventually goes away when I remove the OBD. I usually leave my OBD connected 24/7 and never had this fault with the original JBBFE.

My car does not have IBS (no terminal 30g-f?) so I'm puzzled why I'm getting this code. I checked the jbbf ncsdummy coding options but could not find anything terminal 30g-f related.

Is anyone else getting this code when leaving such accessories constantly on? if it's normal behaviour with the newer JBBFs then I might have to live with it.
