Rattle, is this bracket broken?

So grounded the car on a horrible automatic gate stop. Ever since car has developed a rattle. Its coming from the bracket by the CAT. There is a nut missing which I will replace, but looking at the image should there be a stud which may have sheared off? If so any ideas on how I could stop the rattle without replacing the whole bracket?

Just try bending the bracket around until it's not touching anything metal.
