Exclamation *BRAND NEW E92 335i ETA OCT. 31st in NY/NJ Port!

some of you know i placed an order for a brand new E92 335i.. the car will arrive in NY on Oct. 31st straight from germany

one problem, i bought an E92 M3 from another dealer instead.. but the dealership i ordered my 335i from (Tulley BMW in Nashua, NH) is not refunding my $1,000 deposit until they sell the car (i will be calling the manager tomorrow to try and get my money back)

so i ask anyone here who is interested in a brand new 335i coupe.. PM me if you are interested in this car, i can get you in contact with my CA.. here are the options and lease details:

Yeah, I thought you can walk away from a deal without a problem if you haven't taken delivery of the car.

As long as you didnt take delivery of the car, you should be able to get your money back. They are just being assholes.

this is also one reason why you dont put deposits down in cash, always use your CC so you can dispute it

I guess its lesson learned.

I always use CC for deposit and I usually only put down $500, (which I did for my E92)

Nice choice in color combo and options. What made you switch over to an M3 so fast?

only accepting cash for deposit sounds really strange - might be lying to you. Not everyone walks around with 1k in their pockets but they do carry cc's. It's a BMW dealership for Christ's sake. Anyway, I was told the same thing that If i backed out I get my money back but only if they sell it. However, by end of year they HAVE TO give your money back.
