09 335i Lower mainland Discount Question

Hey guys,
I'm looking towards financing a new 09 335i.
Just wondering how much discount i should expect and which dealership i should go to for the most flexibility?
Sorry that i have to bring this up again but i'm sure there are people here that have inquired about the 09's already.
5% - 7% for finance sounds fair? 3.9% APR during these times are a bit high though.
