Turbo Check?

Hey guys, in the middle of replacing my primary and secondary 02s, along with adjusting the waste gates (gonna try the front but we'll see)

I installed my downpipes about a month ago and turbos looked fine then, and they still do now (at least to me). Figured i'd post a video and see if any of you think these look bad. I've been getting random puffs of smoke so i've started to consider turbo seals as the cause.

You won't be able to adjust the front turbo without taking it out. The only way to do this w/out taking the turbo out of the car is to use 2 no. 8 washers and place them in between the waste gate housing & turbo.
