Bumper Removal Help?

Hello everyone I am a new 335i owner and replaced my grill with a matte black version, leaving my lower mesh grill looking awkward. I wanted to DIY and paint the lower grills black and I know i'm going to have to remove the bumper.

So can anyone refer me to where i can find good instructions on how to DIY the lower mesh grills black
