Oil pan gasket and SULEV Warranty

I've got a 2010 328i under the SULEV warranty.

The dealer recently replaced a few things under the SULEV warranty but told me that I have an oil pan gasket leak.

Has anyone had any luck getting the oil pan gasket covered under the SULEV warranty?

I'm not trying to spend $900 at my favorite independent shop if I don't have to!

Oil pan gasket is not covered by SULEV warranty. I have done the job twice on my 2009 328i N51. The better way is to remove the front subframe so the oil pan can more easily be removed. Several YouTube videos are available on how to do this.

Guy here had it done because his vanos actuator bolt broke off and it went in the pan so they had to remove the pan to retrieve it. Idk of another way to get it done
