Seeking help for JB3 + DCI installation in NYC area
I received my JB3 + dual cone intakes and now is the time to install these babies on my E90 335i. When I moved from Amsterdam to NYC I only brought two screwdrivers with me. Living in Manhattan and having no garage also doesn’t help.
I don’t consider going to the dealer for some installment help a great idea, so is there someone in the NYC area with relevant JB3/DCI installation experience willing to help me out on this for $? Thanks Enrico

Don't want it done too fast.... you want it done RIGHT! Especially with a ECU tune that can void your warranty in a heartbeat if installed incorrectly. |

Enrico will go with whoever he feels comfortable with, i'm just stating that if someone can do the install in 3 mins flat, doesn't mean it's done correctly. |

I'm not gonna speculate on what jerry migh/mightnot be ... but it just proves my point that alot of people are not comfortable in messing with the ECU, and rightfully so. You can really mess something up with the Pin-Out version of a tune if you have no experience.

Absolutely... Give him a day or 2 to adapt and i'm sure he'll love the power and smooth delivery. Lucky for him he still has pre-29.2, as only a few of us have. Oh, and the turbo spooling sound from his new intake

Holymoly do I like that JB3.
Coming out of a Lotus I'm used to some decent acceleration. Maybe that’s why I was somewhat disappointed with the stock acceleration. But these days are now gone. The car is a bullet now. Did quite some WOTs on the way back, and the car is already so much stronger than stock. I guess it will take me a while to get the car gets fully adapted because I don’t drive that much. Hopefully in two weeks I can drive the BMW again, looking forward to it! Alex: nice meeting you and thanks very much for the smooth installation.
