Wanting to buy a BMW Performance Intake 13720444751 mostly for the good looks. I know it's hard to find, so I will take any other suggestions for good intakes as well.

I found a place that told me they can get one. The name of the company is Driiv Autosport.

I am not sure I can trust this guy. He has pretty bad feedback.

Here is what he said to me in an email

Thank you for your inquiry, i just quoted availability on this item
for a different customer this morning. This item is available from our
German supplier via Special Procurement from BMW GMBH, Delivery will
be approx. 3-4 weeks.

If you would like to move forward with a Special Order a deposit of
$150.00 will be required and the balance will be due, Once we receive
the item in our warehouse and its ready for final shipping to you.

Yeah, I would not trust that. A quick google search (as I'm sure you did) shows that the company has horrible reviews. A deposit on a part they do not even have inventoried seems extremely sketchy as well. I've experienced a few scammers just through PMs on this site too. Nobody seems to actually have it. All of the people who supposedly have had it consistently give me photos that I found on google images within minutes. A real shame considering it is a very sought-after part.

I ended up going a bit of a different route and purchased an AFE CAI instead since I could not get anybody with a legitimate part to reply. I am pretty satisfied with it. Although not ideal, it still at least sounds really good and looks ok in the engine bay.

I have the BMWPerformance intake...but I never planned to sell it.

If you are serious about the price, I might let it go.
