Warning Light Question (I have searched)

Hey all, I have been surfing the forums trying to learn as much as I can about these cars and the other day I have an issue that is happening on a very random basis. I did some searching and was able to find a couple of things related to this but I have one additional aspect that I can't find anything on. One of the things i found was some one cleaned the rear speed sensor and another said that they had theirs replaced.

My issue is as follows: Very randomly I will get the error chime, the Speedometer will loose it's signal, there is a slight hesitation in the engine, and the brake light and the traction control light will illuminate on the dash and if cruise control will turn off if it is active. Here is where things get a little different than what I was able to find in a search.

If those two lights on the dash and the ABS and the Traction control icon appear in the center information display then it could be the wheel speed sensor. Where my scenario goes different is I also have the low tire pressure icon appearing also. Sometimes I will just get the warnings showing in the information display, other times they Brake and the Traction control light will stay illuminated in yellow. If they do stay illuminated then when I restart the car it will disappear.

Here is what my dash comes up with if I do the Check Controls from the turn stalk (Ignore the turn signal):

This one appears twice based on how many times I click to cycle back to the beginning of the errors.

Any thoughts? I have cleaned both the left and right sensor and am now looking at replacing, however there seems to be some discrepancy between left side and right side sensor controlling some of those things. Many thanks in advance

Hi,

Were you able to figure out why were you getting this error? I am getting it now on my 2006 BMW 325i, and when I get it,i noticed my car lose some of the torque, and its shakes for a little bit. Any idea?
