In my opinion, the current Lux offerings are no longer the best available, and there are better “360-degree” bulbs available elsewhere. Particularly, if it’s for an E90 LCI with xenon, evenness of light output is crucial.
I bought some H7 from HXLG on Aliexpress a few months back and am very happy with them. They fit comfortably in the housings, and even worked out of box with no coding required. Seems like they’re not currently in stock, but go for something fanless, around the same size, and with the “360-degree” design, and you should be golden. They’re inexpensive anyway, so it’s not a big deal if they don’t work. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002704211019.html Actually, that reminds me - I grabbed two sets by mistake, so if anyone in Melbourne wants to buy the spares, let me know. |
