The M3 driver probably didn't know how to drive his M3.
But then again, what are the specs on the 335i?

DR's are drag radials, there much stickier then regular tires. High octane can be anywhere from 95-100 octane, more around the 97-99 range.
The JB3 is a very powerful tune, and with high octane im not surprised if it would pull and or beat a e90/e92 m3.

Yeah but it did 0-200 same as M6 so in a street race through the city dunno if the m6 would takeover |

what does 8 seconds of that video prove?
it wasnt even a real race..... better indication of an e92 m3 vs jb3/procede v3 335 would be from 20--80. something like that... |

i've driven the new m3 a couple of times and raced one twice. from a second gear roll up to 120mph the M3 has no chance.

JB3 will certainly run a stock M3 - the M3 isn't really much faster to begin with to 60. The 335 kills the M3 on low end torque, so the 335 will get the jump everytime, the M3 needs to get going - watch out once it get's over 60 though it will eventually catch up and I wouldn't run one 80-130 or faster!

Despite having a stellar rep here, I was booted off the M board for stating the obvious.
The 335i is superior to the M, and no one over there was able to prove me wrong. Thus, I bought a second 335i for the $62K MSRP. |

That picture is too small for me to make it out but i will tell you this. There are about 5 6 stroked e9x m3s dct also ahhaha. RD sport did them and they are proving to be a problem in the streets lol. I also hear of a company doing FI maybe g something i forgot the name of the company but also nice but nothing like the stroked ones IMHO. But i did have a fast 335i and did beat many stock e9x m3s. But the m3 is an m3 and i plan to make it my next car. So maybe that's just a little insight into m3 vs 335 topics.
