How to find 0da and 0pa files in daten folders?

How can I find the 0da and 0pa files in the daten folders? I'd like to determine if an ECU was tuned by comparing the CVN read from a standard OBDII reader with the 0da and 0pa files. The CVN should be towards the bottom of the files as

;$CVN XXXXXXXX

If they don't match, it's likely the ECU is tuned. Thanks.
