My turn to ask the pro`s for Help (OPG job)

Hello people with more know how than me I could do with your help please!

I`ve just started cracking into the opg job on my 335i e93 and come across a few bit`s I could do with advice on

First is about the tow hook & engine support bar - I have the type of tow hook that doesn`t screw into the block all the way (gets caught on the bezel) and my support bar gets close but doesn`t quite enable me to take the weight of the engine (probs by half a centimetre max) - Grinding the bezel will be a pita.

1) Am I okay to drop the subframe using the jack to support and lowering into engagement on the support bar, or am i going to really struggle for room and getting the engine back up when reassembling (dropping not removing sub frame) or is this just all plain dangerous?

Second thing is I`ve got a couple of bolts stuck, they just spin now. I feel its going to be an issue come reassembly - they are on the support triangle bolted to the sub frame. Pics below.

2) Any advice on how to fix these so I can get them out and then tighten them up for reassembly?

I had issues with a couple of mine, one I got lucky with pressure downward and if was enough resistance to unscrew with my impact gun, the other, drilled out. I replaced every captive nut and the bolts when I reassembled. I also refinished the v bar while I was at it.
