car was riding smooth up until about 2 months ago. after driving on the freeway for any longer then 20 min the car would lose power all the sudden or stall out then would start back up just fine after 1 hour of sitting. i replaced the lpfp and the fuel relay module with an upgraded version from 2nd gen to 3rd. i also installed a walbro 255 fuel pump and things seemed great for about a week and then the car died completely while on my way to work. had it towed back home contemplated on buying a new hpfp so i went with a used one with 60k miles supposidely on it, i installed that and the car ran but had super long cranks. finally died after another week of driving it. so at this point i kept thinking it was fuel related so i went ahead and ordered a brand new hpfp from fcp euro, new fuel pressure regulator, another new walbro fuel pump except i went 525 on this one, new low pressure fuel sensor, new high pressure fuel sensor, even a new ekpm3 module..... i checked the fuel fuse and its good.
the cranks and cranks and cranks but still no start. ill get lucky enough to see it have some life before it just shuts back down again. ive tried flashing the stock setup multiple times and it doesnt seem to work. ive loosened the fuel pressure line to see no pressure is even building. ive watched youtube videos on any type of fuel relay im missing and all i find is videos showing e90s with a different style of fuse/relay locations that are not even close to what mine looks like.
the pressure in the fuel rail is not building up like it should and everything has been replace from the engine all the way back.
i try pulling codes and im showing crank sensor disconected and that sensor just got replaced as well.
im pretty lost at this point. someone help? trying to avoid bringing the car to the dealership
