XHP stage 3 tune , transmission issues

I wonder if any of yous have had this issue, I have a 08 335Xi with all your bolt on goodies, fmic, charge pipe, 2 step colder plugs, catless dp, precision race works coil pack, straight piped, e50 mhd tune and stage 3 xhp tranny tune,

The issue I am having is when I brake boost from a dig and get over 3k rpm I get all wheels to screech, I than get to 6k rpms and when I try shifting gears it is literally stuck in 1st and won't let me shit into 2nd. But when I launch at 2200-2500 rpms I won't get any tire slippage it will shift fine, is the tranny going to shit or is it a dme issue? any help will be appreciated

Why are you so mean to your driveline

You must be rich and enjoy replacing transfer cases I guess?

Be kind to your transfer case and do a 1ft roll out before launching. Brake boosting is really bad for your motor mounts too. At least that is what I have been told.

I have a 2008 e90 335xi that I got as a cpo with 17k miles and I was FBO by 40k miles. As the car sits in my driveway I now have 196k miles on the clock.
