You really never really know how much a piece of junk is worth until you put it up on E-Bay. Apparently, it turns out to be one of the rarest purpose built racing cars in muscle car history.

I just found out that Jay Leno was a part of the auction, but I can't seem to confirm if he's the one that actually won.
