oil filter gasket blows out and oil leaks

hello, anyone had this problem: it seems that there is pressure building out in the oil filter department and the oil gasket blows out, ( I did add some oil additive could that have to do anything to the insides somewhere?) N51 Engine

I'm betting on a bad or clogged CCV. What happens if you open the oil fill cap?

when the engine is off right? ( it is full with oil and I have to put a rag around so it wont get the oil all over)
