OK soo i leave my car today at the bmw of bloomfield here in nj, and i get a nice loaner car , ok then they check my navigation system b/c im having problems with it soo they call me up and say , your navigation problem is the CD , its not the "Real CD" i was like what! What you mean>?< And they say its a copy one i was like fuck! So i guess were i got this car from , must have the real cd and i asked him for a reall cd how much it was , and his like $200 , i was like what!!!!!!!!!!!! and his like yea its the cheapest! i was like fuck that man! lol
Soo what should i do? Call the place were i got my car from and ask them for the reall cd ? If they don't want to give me the reall cd back? What should i do? Please help me out thanks guys ! |

what car do you have? year?
PN # 65 90 2 147 669 is for the newer cars I hope this helps. Otherwise, you should contact your client advisor and ask for a new disc since yours is "not real" |

go back to the place no other option. be aggressive telling them you won't back down and you'll press charges against them for that misleading peice, and them messing with a factory part of the car...
smart dealership wherever you got the car though, props to them haha |

Not sure about other dealers, but we don't put nav disc's in cars until customers pick up for delivery, so you gotta think of somethin else OP- my suggestion is to call up the place you bought it from and tell them that you will be sending them the bill for a "real" Nav disc. They'll either say "ok", "no we'll get you one" or something to the effect of "go fuck yourself." If its 1 or 2, well ur good, but if its #3 follow up with having a lawyer send them something in writing, along w/ a bill for their effort, and some "pain and suffering" |
