Need help coding replacement Stereo in BMW E92

My stereo unit died and i bought a used unit with the same parts number but now i need to code it and i don't know how.

I am computer savy but i'm not used to NCS expert.
My car has the Individual audio package so the Stereo has to communicate via the IR-link with the amplifier in the trunk and the current stereo isn't doing that as it probably trying to talk to another audio system.
I would also like my USB port to show up that i have in the arm rest.

As i understand it i need to program the radio to the default settings of the car.
How do i do that ?

My car is a BMW E92 built in 2008 but model year 2009.

I set up the USB cable to have a latency of 1 in the settings but that apparently didn't take.
I noticed today and I changed the latency from 16 to 1 again and then it worked somehow.
