How many months? It cannot be a .0009 MF on a 2009.
you can check if you are getting the deal that you are told by plugging in the numbers here: http://leaseguide.com/calc.htm

Correct, that's .00215. I am getting a quote of $700 over invoice on a 09 e90, so it seems you are in the same ballpark, but plug in the numbers to make sure they are not telling you one thing and charging another. (keep in mind, leasecalc does not factor in % if you include taxes in ur payment so its always a $5-10 more per month.)

deal is normal for the past year... but not for the economy at this time. Sales are down, I'd bargain $50 off and call it a day. Make sure they include the floor mats...

that would be awesome but it seems like the only way i can do that is if i take out options...
even if i get it on invoice (which is a 1000 less and most likely i cant get that on 09) my payment would still be only like 30 less

Just keep the same options and downgrade it to 328xi coupe.
You will save apprx. $100~200 per months.

i am pretty sure you can get $500 over invoice if you ask around more.

the calculators are accurate. I would think that the dealers are just trying to get more money out of you.
