MHD Help

Hello everyone,

This topic has been talked about but I still can not find an answer to my issue. So last night I was trying to flash MHD onto my car (07 335i) and it would fail no matter how much I tried. Car will not start due to the failed flash, so now I am just trying to flash it to stock just to start the car. My concerns are i’ve used 3 different phones, l used 3 different cables, and even bought a new battery charger in hopes that it would work. The flash either cancels itself or it gives me a “Packet was lost. Cycle ignition on and off then retry” which does absolutely nothing. Has anyone had this issue, if so how did you end up fixing it? No idea why it would take this many tries just to flash a car. Thanks everyone.

I had a rough go my first time flashing my 07 e93. Like you've read everywhere it's real picky about voltage. I bought a new charger, hooked it up at the battery (not under the hood) and let it go until the battery was charged to 100%. I also stopped trying to use the cable and got the MHD dongle. Night and day difference in speed.

Long story short, I thought I bricked it and was really not looking forward to telling my wife. I followed the steps above and it works like a charm. I follow the same process when flashing xhp as well.
