N57 330d Won't Regen
Evening all,
My 2011 330d LCI N57 doesn't want to regen above 45mph. Recently had the glow plug module fail, but after changing and clearing the codes the car only wants to regen at lower speeds (monitor with Torque Pro). Could this be a pressure issue? It did regen after I changed the GP module fully back to 0g of soot, which was at 70mph on the motorway, but only the one time. I'm stumped! I don't have any codes now relating to things that stop a regen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a bad thermostat to me. Higher speeds pushing more air through the rad, and cooling the engine too much so it won't regen.
Can you monitor coolant temp? |

Temps are good, 85+.
There is literally nothing stopping it, unless there is some hidden code after the DPF got a little more full than usual whilst the GP module was faulty? |
