Basics of how to swap CCC with CIC? Help :(

Hello, I love my 2008 E92 N54 but I really wish I had Apple Carplay and that the nav was better (or at least worked). Then I learned that you can swap the CCC for CIC and add an MMI Prime and get CarPlay.

A few issues....

I dont have INPA

This is the extent of the knowledge that I have of how the process goes (like does it need coding?)

I am terrible at finding the right threads in this forum

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to get this done or add some tips? Thanks in advance
