I started in August, a month later you, see result.

- Do this every night just before you hit the bed ( you will feel uncomfortable on the bed for maybe 45 secs)

- Do not eat CHEESE, CAKE/ BREAD, Don't or reduce milk, yes even in your coffee and say HELL NO to milk shake, (this requires some sacrifice, you cant have it all you know)

-You will feel sour for first three days, if not forget it, its not working for you.

- Do not count how many you are doing, continue until you begin screaming like a bitch

- **** The most important: NEVER AND I MEAN, NEVER SKIP A NIGHT, DONT CARE HOW TIRED YOU ARE, DO IT!!! 7 nights a week, once you skip or forget..... you've just fcuk'ed the whole process.

I do something kind of similar that I believe hits the abs better. I need to make a vid and post it, but looking good, looks like you've made some quick results.

HAh..... I say do yours slowly, use your Butt as base support and if your back hurts... i say dont do it, DO push ups, it helps
