Does Anyone Regret Getting Sparkling Graphite?
I leased an 08 335i coupe with an MSRP of $49,625 for absolutely nothing down and $703 a month including tax. My first question is does this seem like a good deal? What deals have you guys gotten? Keep in mind, I leased the vehicle on Nov. 3 when there was one 08 335i coupe left on the lot besides the one I chose.
I had to go with the sparkling graphite and was wishing for space gray or black as they are safer choices. My question is does anyone regret getting sparkling graphite or have you grown to love your color choice? I just dont know why some people like graphite. On a sporty car like a 335i it just doesnt suit it well. It seems like a less serious color would make the car look nicer? I keep on trying to convince myself it is a nice color and one day I'd be okay with it. It makes me wonder why I didnt just get a 335i sedan in black as it is the nicest color on the e90. |

I think you got a deal. My 08 335i sedan is cost 49,100 OTD, (auto trans, fully loaded minus CA and cold weather pkgs), but my payments are way lower cuz i put down $30k =)
anywho, i am in LOVE with my sparkling graphite paint. while montego blue and whatever-its-called red are definitely head-turners, SG with black leather is just sleek and classy. i would have sprung for black, but i had a black SUV before this car, and it was not even remotely worth the effort of upkeep. for instance: around its 5th year of life, i got it fully detailed (whole weekend job, costed a bundle), and within a month it looked like crap again. then agaiinnnnnn, before i decided i was sick of trucks, i was eyeing an 08 nissan titan in that nice charcoal color, very close to sparkling graphite, with maybe a more brown hue. |

No regrets, IMHO it's the best of the colors available . . . tons of photos in my signature.

I would say good deal. My msrp was about the same. I put nothing down, didnt pay for any registration fee's, and BMW also paid my first months payment. @ 775 a month including tax.
I LOVE the color, it blends well with my carbon fiber trunk. I do not regret getting the color at all.. looks better than space grey and tiag IMO, or maybe because i just like darker colors... ![]()

I love my 2006 330i in sparkling graphite. I actually picked it over black.

The color is great, but paying $700 a month for a car thats not yours is not to great.
